I did semi-better at eating today...
- 2 cups of coffee & donut
- 1/2 peanut butter & jelly sandwich
- 6 buffalo wings
- iced tea
- beer
- ice cream bar
- chili and tostito chips
- some tuna fish
Can't wait to work out tomorrow!
I am accepting a challenge to lose weight. I have been struggling with my weight for 4 years. Since having my youngest son, I can never seem to stick to anything that well help me lose those extra 20 pounds. I am hoping this blog and weight loss challenge will help me acheive my goal!
