What the heck! I know I was eating healthy last week. Why did I gain weight? I also excercised good, too! I am a little frustrated today, but I will keep exercising in hopes it gets better!
I am accepting a challenge to lose weight. I have been struggling with my weight for 4 years. Since having my youngest son, I can never seem to stick to anything that well help me lose those extra 20 pounds. I am hoping this blog and weight loss challenge will help me acheive my goal!
